Hay Press Tree
An old hay press tree is the only relic standing at this old homestead near Saddle Meadow. The pioneers cut hay out of the meadow and used this tree to press it and store it in a large barn. I am clueless on how this actually operated, if you happen to visit this page and know, please educate me!!!
