At the confluence of the Little Truckee River and Cold Stream, is what remains of an old ranch. The history was unknown to me until Linda Catlett made contact through my website and said she recognized the old outhouse. She did not elaborate on her specific memories of this little building but it was about 35° when I took the picture, my guess would be she has a “heated” seat now!
