I started the hike around the lake just before light. I had not intended to circle the lake, just take a few sunrise shots. The calm morning, fresh snow and captivating beauty overcame me and I had to hike around it! While I was having the time of my life... Cheryl went through all the stages of wondering where I was to boiling mad... oops... it took me the rest of the day to win her back!
